Jack’s birthday was last Friday. I can’t believe my baby boy is already a year old! In many ways this year has flown by and in many other ways it has just crept along. He still isn’t walking yet, but that’s ok. He’s started standing by himself, but once he realizes what he’s doing, he usually falls right down. He still only has 4 teeth and he loves to show them off. They seem to be coming in as wonky as Amelia’s did, so I can only imagine what our orthodonist bills will be in the future.
We had two birthday celebrations for Jack. We had an early birthday party for him at Mawmaw & Pawpaw’s house in Ft. Pierce on Easter Sunday. It’s nice that we planned our children’s birthday’s close to major holidays when we’ll be visiting Mawmaw and Pawpaw. Then we had Miriam and the kids over on Friday (his actual birthday) for some pizza and cake.
