I can’t believe it’s already 2008! This past year has really flown by. And I’m sure 2008 will do the same. This upcoming move of ours has always seemed so far away, but it’s really only about 4 months away now and will be here in the blink of an eye.
I was doing so well keeping this thing updated there for a couple of days, then December came along and I got behind again. My sister, brother-in-law and 2 nephews came to visit on the 8th for a week. Amelia loved having so many people to play with. We had a lot of fun, made a lot of cookies (and ate a lot of them too) and made too many trips to Target.
Here’s a picture of my sister and family. From l-r, Steve, Lynn, Andrew, Stephen

We went down to Ft. Pierce for Christmas weekend. We left here on Saturday the 22th and left there on Monday the 24th. We opened presents on Sunday after church. Here are a couple of pictures from then.
Waiting patiently for the presents to be delivered:

Jack sJack doesn’t quite understand this present opening thing. He still prefers to eat everything:

It was so nice to be home for Christmas Day this year. And since our kids don’t realize yet that the earlier they wake up the sooner they get presents, we got to sleep until about 8 o’clock or so!
Here’s Amelia heading toward the Christmas tree on Christmas morning. Um, notice the beautiful bed hair!

Oh how exciting!!

I think Jack likes it!

Yeah, the $2.50 recorder is her favorite present of all!

It’s Diego!! Woohoo

Come on Jack, you can do it!

Well that’s about all from around here. I blew it on the take a picture a day in December thing, so there’s no more really to show from that, lol.
But here’s a parting shot for you that I took of Jack yesterday. I can’t believe he’s 9 months old already!
